At Pre-Market View, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the digital nature of our products and services, we follow a clear cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime. To cancel, subscribers must notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the billing cycle date. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Eligibility: We provide a refund within the first 3 calendar days of the initial subscription. To request a refund, subscribers must contact us via email or WhatsApp clearly stating the reason. After this 3-day grace period, subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days. If delays occur due to payment gateway issues or banking procedures, we will communicate promptly with the subscriber.
Important: Subscribers are encouraged to use the initial grace period effectively to evaluate our services.
