By joining the PremarketView.com Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Misleading Claims
You may not:
Promise or promote any guaranteed profits, “tips”, or financial returns.
Position PremarketView as a signal provider, advisory, or SEBI-registered service.
Misrepresent what our product delivers. (We only provide market insights, not financial advice.)
2. No Brand Keyword Bidding
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Running paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) using our brand name “PremarketView” or similar variations.
Competing with our official marketing on any platform using our keywords.
Doing so will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
3. Affiliate Links
You must use your unique referral link to earn commissions.
Direct sign-ups without your tracking link will not be counted.
4. Commission & Payouts
Commission Rate: 20% recurring per active subscriber
Payout Cycle: Monthly, typically between the 1st and 5th of every month.
Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹1000/-
Payout Method: UPI or Bank Transfer (details must be submitted via the official payout form)
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or disputes the payment, the commission for that referral will be reversed.
6. Compliance & Ethics
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate for:
Fraudulent activity
Misrepresentation
Violating these terms
Or causing damage to the PremarketView brand
7. Program Changes
We may update or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any major changes.
